Today

Today I look back, but must not borrow for tomorrow the failings of yesterday.

To look at yesterday will surely cause doubt that will route the best intentions for today.

If my gaze is on Jesus instead, yesterday is forgiven, today is in His all knowing control,

and the map for every tomorrow has already been drawn up.

What then, is there to fear?
